We want to provide you with an update on our Overflowing Campaign for our building
expansion. Over the past few months, we’ve been diligently working to ensure unity and clarity
in our approach. This has included integrating new elders into the campaign, reviewing feedback,
and aligning our plans.

Thanks to your incredible generosity and God’s abundant blessings, we’ve received over $3.5
million in commitments for our facility expansion. We are deeply grateful for your support and
praise God for the resources He has provided through you!

We have directed the Building Committee to obtain quotes for various options. Our goal is to
make the most of the $3.5 million we have committed and to keep the total cost of the expansion
within $5 million. To achieve this, we will finance up to $1.5 million. This approach will allow
us to continue our current ministries and missions while moving forward with the expansion.
We provided the Building Committee the following prioritized elements for the expansion:

1. Children’s classrooms

1. Fellowship area and adult classrooms

1. Ministry workrooms

1. A fully functional kitchen
  If we cannot achieve all these priorities within the $5 million budget, we will select the option
  that provides the most immediate benefits and has a clear path for future completion of all those
  elements.
  As always, your feedback is crucial to us. Please feel free to reach out to any of the elders with
  your thoughts and comments. Thank you for your patience, generosity, and dedication to
  advancing the Lord’s work here at Madison.
  You may provide your Overflowing Campaign donations now or at any time and thank you to all
  of you who have already started sending in your commitments. Those funds have been set aside
  in a separate building fund as will all future donations. Please keep your campaign donations
  separate from your weekly contributions. Providing your campaign donations can be done in
  various ways as follows:

- Online: You may submit your donations on a regular schedule or provide one-time
  donations by going HERE.

- Checks: You may place checks in the offering baskets in the foyers at any time. Please
  ensure they are noted for the “Building Campaign”. You may also mail checks to:

- Cash: You may place cash in the offering baskets or give it to our bookkeeper, Kathy
  Stephens, or to one of the elders at church. Please enclose any cash in an envelope
  marked “Building Campaign”.

- Non-Cash Gifts: Please contact any of the following if you would like to donate
  Qualified Charitable Distributions (QCDs), Appreciated Stock, Donor Advised Funds, or
  Property, or any other non-cash item… Marshall Dearing, Nick Jackson, or Trey Pope.
