MMO is a child-care service offered each week throughout the school year for children 12 months through preschool age. Our goal is to help young mothers and fathers by providing them with a loving place to leave their children for a short time during the day and giving them something much more than childcare. Feel free to check out the MMO page of our website for more information.
The Care Bear Ministry is an outreach of our Ladies Ministry at Madison. Each month a group gathers at the church building to stuff, sew, and decorate stuffed bears that will then be delivered to Huntsville and Madison Hospitals. Check out the video on the Spotlight on Ministry section of our homepage to see how much of an impact this great work has had on families in difficult times.

Some patients of Affinity Hospice cannot or should not cook for themselves.  For these patients, having a ready-made home cooked meal would be very welcome and encouraging.  Some hospice patients would be comforted just by receiving a treat (treats do not need to be homemade).  Madison volunteers deliver meals, or treats, or both on a weekly basis to Affinity Hospice’s office on Hughes Road. The nurses then deliver the appropriate food to their patients.

Several of our members at Madison are active in Bible study through correspondence courses. Bible studies are sent through the mail to students all over the country. Each time a lesson is completed by the student they mail it back to Madison and those working in the BCC correspond to help with any follow-up questions they may have. If you would like to get involved with the BCC ministry click here.

Each year the Madison church sponsors a mission team to assist sister congregations in establishing and conducting Bible studies with their community. Team members are trained and prepared to enter the local mission field by praying with the hurting and sharing the good news from door to door. Our teams never fail to return home with a greater desire and zeal for sharing the hope of Christ.
Mark your calendar and join us on the last Saturday of October! Members of the Madison congregation host a fantastic event for the community with fun activities for the whole family. Our visiting families are encouraged to eat lunch with us and enjoy some local entertainment as we introduce the church, give out free study material, and build spiritual relationships. Each year we have over a thousand in attendance and it continues to grow! Click here to see pictures from last year’s Fall Festival.
Each December, we embark on a church-wide effort to purchase and distribute gifts to children in Madison who would not have otherwise had something under the tree. Serving an average of thirty families a year and more than 80 children, our members purchase and wrap gifts which are then delivered to the parents at a holiday banquet to honor God’s love for His children and share with them the story of God’s spiritual family, the Church. It is an incredible way to end the year.
After the first Sunday evening service of the month an open group meeting takes place at a hosting family’s home to gain encouragement and information in seeking out opportunities to share the good news with others. This group shares experiences, ideas, and prayers as we make contacts for Christ.  By utilizing personal interactions with guests to our worship, guests to our Connect group Bible studies, as well as daily contacts, the participants seek out ways to stimulate spiritual conversation. We seek to move others toward a deeper relationship with God by nurturing spiritual growth and approaching potential believers with God’s life changing message.
