Our Lads to Leaders Ministry exists to provide leadership training and encouragement for all of our youth ages Kindergarten to the Twelfth grade. Our program continues to grow each year with an emphasis on building leadership skills that will be beneficial to the young person throughout their lives. The objective of this ministry is to develop and motivate our children to become the leaders of today in their schools and in our church families, and to become the leaders of tomorrow in the Lord’s church and our world.

Our ministry is an in-depth training tool providing opportunities for spiritual growth with activities such as Bible Bowl, Speech, Bible Reading, Song Leading, Good Samaritan, Puppets, Centurion of Scripture, and Parade of Winners. In addition to these, there are other areas which encourage leadership through art, mass media, prevent disaster, photography, and scrap-booking. This vast array of opportunity exists to encourage young people to find their gifts and seek ways to use those abilities to serve the Lord. This ministry is for everyone.
