Our goal in the children’s ministry is to prepare our young people through a family-centered, Bible-based approach, to teach a deeper understanding of faith through worship and service to others, and to pursue moral purity.

How we achieve our goal:

1. We develop a solid foundation based on scriptures through quality Bible classes, as well as other opportunities to serve.

2. Ministers, ministry leaders, and caring parents develop personal, one-on-one relationships where the children are mentored and encouraged.

3. We provide opportunities for parents to be involved in structured events so they can strengthen relationships with their children and other families which will be sustained as the children move into their teenage years.
MINISTRY OPPORTUNITIES FOR CHILDREN & FAMILIES:
LADS TO LEADERS & LEADERETTES
Lads to Leaders and Leaderettes is a leadership training program that gives our children opportunities to develop skills that are needed to lead people to Christ in multiple areas of life. To find out more about our Lads ministry, click here.
CAMP NEY A TI
Camp Ney A Ti is situated on the banks of beautiful Lake Guntersville and provides a week of spiritual growth and fellowship for children that have just finished 2nd grade through recent high school graduates.
PEW PACKERS
Each Sunday night starting at 4:40, Mike Winkler leads our children in some fun sing songs before worship. This is a great way for the children to connect with the preacher and to learn about God through songs.
CHILDREN’S BIBLE HOUR
CBH is not a worship service but a classroom environment for students to not only learn to better sit still and be attentive, but to learn about the worship service by relating some of the activities done in the classroom back to the worship service itself. CBH is offered for children that can speak both English and Spanish and that are 3 years old or potty trained through 6 years old.
VACATION BIBLE SCHOOL
Each summer Madison puts on a Vacation Bible School for our community. Hundreds of children and adults from the area join us as we learn more about God’s word through interactive learning centers, dynamic skits, engaging bible classes and creative crafts that the children get to take home. VBS is a big undertaking and requires the help of the whole congregation. Click here to view a recap from last year’s VBS.
